PayTrace Terms and Conditions
Interest will be charged monthly on account balances over 45 days at the maximum annual rate allowed by law but not to exceed 18% per year. In the event any third parties are employed to collect any outstanding monies owed you agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, whether or not litigation has commenced, and all costs of litigation incurred.
