With over 24 years of experience, Big Valley mixes are designed and engineered for all strengths of ready-mix concrete – from diggable fill to concrete that can be driven on in a matter of hours - and everything in between! We are constantly testing new designs and techniques to improve concrete strength, shrink resistance and crack reduction.
In addition, we offer specially designed and formulated mixes for large specification projects that require specialty admixtures, waterproofing and fiber reinforcement.
Concrete designed with micro or macro fibers can potentially be used to substitute for rebar or wire mesh reinforcement, or to reduce shrinking (especially early age shrinkage).
Designed to take advantage of early strength development, these types of concrete will allow for faster form removal, quicker construction, and those times when rapid set repairs are needed.
Mobile mixers bring the concrete plant to your site. These trucks feature separate bins of each material used in the concrete mix. This permits the mixing process to be performed on site which produces fresh concrete in the exact quanity needed for your pour to eliminate waste. Mobile mixers are also used for "rapid set" concrete as well as other specialized mixes that cannont be handled by the traditional concrete barrel delivery trucks.

In addition, we also offer specialty conveyors for extreme concrete placement:
Telebelt – strong, yet nimble, our telebelt delivery conveyor offers 106 foot telescopic conveyor. Designed for versatility and high volume, the rapid discharge allows to quick placement of not only concrete, but also flowable fill, aggregates, mulch, etc.
Conveyor – for those times when our standard delivery trucks just can’t reach far enough or high enough to place concrete, we offer a concrete conveyor truck. Able to deliver up to a 10 yard load, the truck is mounted with a 38’ conveyor boom. And only one truck is necessary per job, as it can unload its own concrete as well as other truck’s concrete.
